I believe that the Governor completed his
work yesterday on all of the 1963 legislation
and I would like Len to review that with us and
add any pertinent remarks he cares to by way of
resume to these bills that we discussed at our
meeting on March 13th."

"As of our last check the Governor signed
six bills that I think this Board is concerned
with.

H. B. 110 by Representative Mackie 'Con-
cerning the Water Conservation Board of Colorado,
and to Repeal 148-1-17 and 148-1-18, Colorado
Revised Statutes 1953'. These were the house-
keeping measures that we reported on last time.
This was signed the 28th of February.

H. B. 129 by Representative Mackie 'Creat-
ing a Division of Natural Resources; Designating
the commissioner of Mines as the Natural Re-
sources Coordinator and providing for His Func-
tions and Duties; and Abolishing the Department
of Natural Resources'. Signed 4/12/63.
