Stream and Lake Protection - Notice of 2006 mstream Flow and Natural Lake Level Workshop - In <br /> February 2006, the Stream and Lake Protection Section will conduct a workshop to receive <br /> recommendations for streams and lakes to be included in the Instream Flow and Natural Lake Level <br /> Program in upcoming years. This workshop is an opportunity for state and federal cooperators and all <br /> other members of the public to provide detailed instream flow and natural lake level recommendations to <br /> the Board and Staff and to indicate where they intend to concentrate their data collection efforts in future <br /> years. Staff requests the Board to schedule a workshop date and requests Board member participation in <br /> the workshop. (8:40 - 8:50) <br />. 18. Stream and Lake Protection Section <br /> a. Horsefly Creek - Motion to mtervene and Notice to Contest - The Board will be asked to consider and <br /> take action on Pacific/Desert Partners, LLC's Motion to Intervene and Notice to Contest dated <br /> November 3, 2005 and Staff's response to the Motion. (8:50 - 9:00 ) <br /> b. Proposed terms and conditions -- Horsefly Creek, Montrose County - The Board will be asked to <br /> approve terms and conditions agreed upon by Staff and the Eldred Colorado Family Limited <br /> Partnership. If approved, Staff will request the Board to take final action on this 2005 ISF <br /> appropriation. (9:00 - 9: 10) <br /> 19. Stream and Lake Protection Section-mjury with Mitigation-Case No. 1-04CW323; Application ofEMJ <br /> Squaw Pass, LLC -- Pursuant to ISF Rule 8i. (3), the Board will be asked to conduct a preliminary review <br /> of a proposed pre-trial resolution of this case to determine whether the natural environment of Little Bear <br /> Creek could be preserved to a reasonable degree with the proposed injury or inteiference if applicant <br /> provided mitigation. This is the first of two required meetings for the Board to approve an Injury with <br /> Mitigation proposal. (9: 10- 9:30) <br /> 211.
