<br />. , <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item 4-3.0. . <br />Case No. 5-99CW319; Holland Hills <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a change of water rights, plan for augmentation, ground water rights <br />and exchange on the Roaring Fork River in Pitkin COWlty near the town of Basalt (see attached <br />map). The Applicant proposes to augment depletions associated with a 51-acre residential and <br />commercial development. The structures to be augmented include the Holland Hills Well Nos.
