<br />. , <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item 4-3.0. . <br />Case No. 5-99CW319; Holland Hills <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a change of water rights, plan for augmentation, ground water rights <br />and exchange on the Roaring Fork River in Pitkin COWlty near the town of Basalt (see attached <br />map). The Applicant proposes to augment depletions associated with a 51-acre residential and <br />commercial development. The structures to be augmented include the Holland Hills Well Nos. I <br />& 2, Holland Hills Wells C & D, Timroth Well Nos. 1-3 and Holland Hills Wells Nos. 4 & 5. <br />Augmentation water includes consumptive use credits associated with 0.33 cfs of the Etienne <br />Arbaney Ditch, Ruedi Reservoir and Green MOUIltain Reservoir. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board has appropriated the following instream flow water rights that could be injured by this <br />application. <br /> <br />Case No. <br />5-85CW646 <br />5-85CW639 <br /> <br />Stream <br />Roaring Fork River <br />Roaring Fork River <br /> <br />AmOWlt (cfs) <br />55/30 <br />145/75 <br /> <br />Appropriation Date <br />11/08/1985 <br />11/08/1985 <br /> <br />Potential for Iniury <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Applicant's proposed change of water rights may injure the Board's instream flow water rights <br />on the Roaring Fork River.
