<br />'Yr ~: <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item 4-3.n. <br />Case No. 5-99CW306; Pitkin COWlty Board of Commissioners . <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a change of water rights and plan for augmentation on the Roaring Fork <br />River in Pitkin County near Aspen (see attached map). The Applicant proposes that the Paepcke <br />Well and 15 proposed wells located on the Aspen-Pitkin COWlty Airport be made alternate points <br />of diversion for. 8 cfs associated with the Stapleton Brothers' Ditch. Water diverted at the <br />alternate points of diversion will be used to irrigate 3 existing acres, and up to an additional 7 <br />acres, of landscaped area near the airport terminal.
