<br />S-..f~, . -:~. .,). <br /> <br />Consent Agenda Item 4-3.1. <br />Case No. 5-99CW299; Town of Gypsum . <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a plan for augmentation on the Eagle River and Gypsum Creek in Eagle <br />County near Gypsum (see attached map). In this application, the Town of Gypsum is proposing <br />to add several additional water sources and augment any out-of-priority depletions associated <br />with these new sources. The structures to be augmented include the Little G Intake, the Norgaard <br />Qitch Town Enlargement, the Gypsum Well T-2 & T-3, the Town of Gypsum Gravity System, <br />the Eye Lake Supply Ditch, the Eagle River Pump and Pipeline and the Gypsum Well Nos. I & <br />2. The water rights to be used for augmentation include Eagle Park Reservoir and the Arkansas <br />Well. In addition, the Applicant proposes to exchange up to 20 AF at a rate of 2.5 efs from the <br />confluence of the Eagle River and Gypsum Creek up to the point of diversion for Eye Lake <br />Supply Ditch.
