<br />Consent Agenda Item 4-3.f. <br />Case No. 2-99CWI83; Town ofPoncha Springs . <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for a change of water rights on the South Fork of the Arkansas River in <br />Chaffee and Saguache Counties near the town of Poncha Springs (see attached map). The <br />Applicant is proposing that the Poncha Springs Well Nos. 1 & 2, the Poncha Springs Acequia <br />and the O'Haver Reservoir be alternate points of diversion for the McPherson Ditch.
