MR. STAPLETON:

"Thank you John. I would just like to
report for the record, that Mr. Peterson
asked the estimated cost of carrying the re-
port on further so that money can be appro-
priated by this Board. I refer to page 17
of our last minutes. Mr. Sparks informs me
that this work has been and will be carried
out with the appropriation that has already
been made.

Gentlemen, time is of the essence as we
engineers say, and we have a premiere per-
formance of a motion picture entitled the
"Last Waterhole" produced by Colorado State
University. This will take twenty minutes
and we will be almost on time for an adjourn-
ment at noon. What would be the plan after
lunch? We would meet where?"

MR. SPARKS:
MR. STAPLETON:

"We will reconvene here at 1:30."

"We will reconvene here at 1:30. The
members of the Board have been invited to
lunch by the President of the University.
We are delighted to be here and accept, so
the members, immediately after the film, the
luncheon is down on the first floor, in the
southeast corner of this building.

Are we all set now? Maybe some of you
would like to rear~ange your chairs so that you
can see this film better."

After the showing of the film, the meeting recessed
until 1:30 P. M.

MR. STAPLETON:

"Gentlemen we will come to order now.
I might ask if there are any visitors here
who have not put their name on our list, we
would appreciate it if you would do so before
we leave.

MR. NELSON:

In just a minute now we are going to
turn the rest of the day over to the Colorado
State Vniversity for a tour of their facilities
and I would like to ask the Board first of all
if they have anything they would like to bring
up at this meeting?"

"1 would like to ask Mr. Sparks if he
knows if there is anything to the rumors of
the administration cutting back the investi-
gation budget below that announced in January?"
