The proposed revision to this policy has no impact on the administration ofthe policy.

Recommendation

Staff recommends the Board revise paragraph 4, sentence 2 of Financial Policy #7 to be written as
follows:

To help sustain the vitality of these economies, the Agricultural Rate will be calculated as 50 percent
of the Baseline Rate rounded to the nearest one-quarter of one percent.
