This will give you an opportunity to explain the situation to the CWCB and field <br />questions from the board members and the public in an open public forum, The COE and the State of Colorado <br />have worked together very successfully over the years on many projects that have greatly benefited the public. I <br />sincerely hope that this cooperative relationship that we have long cultivated can be called upon in this situation <br />to avoid what otherwise will certainly result in a long and heated battle, <br /> <br />The CWCB's next meeting is in Cortez, CO on September 24 anq 25, 2001.
