Funds received <br />relative to loans in repayment totaled $8.3 M for this period of Fiscal Year 2003. Funds <br />disbursed relative to new project loans totaled $14.2 M for the same period. Net activity resulted <br />in $5.9 M disbursed from the CWCB Construction Fund and the Severance Tax Trust Fund <br />Perpetual Base Account (STTFPBA) over the total received. <br /> <br />Further breakdown is summarized as follows: The Construction Fund portion consists of $6.6 M <br />in receivables and $12.0 M in disbursements for a total net activity of $5.4 M disbursed over <br />received. The STTFPBA consists of $1.7 M in receivables and $2.2 M in disbursements for a <br />total net activity of $0.5 M disbursed over received. <br /> <br />Flood Protection.
