The Consultant will facilitate <br />discussion in each TRT on institutional, technical, financial, and legal issues. <br /> <br />Membership <br />. Diverse Geography - Based on input from BRTs, each TRT must represent <br />interests from multiple basins, including east and west slope representation on each <br />roundtable. <br /> <br />. Interest Group Roundtable Participants - Each TRT should include <br />representatives of a broad range of interest groups that were represented in SWSL <br />In addition, TRT membership will be expanded to include specific expertise in the <br />roundtable topic.
