<br />CDM <br /> <br />SWSI Phase 2 Scope of Work <br /> <br />information provided by the TRTs and provide information on water planning needs. <br />This will be accomplished by performing the following tasks in association with the <br />BRT meetings on a basinwide basis: <br /> <br />. Communicate project goals, methodology, and status <br />. Identify sources of information for each TRT <br />. Develop strategies for achieving objectives <br />. Provide input on the assembly of supply options and strategies into alternatives <br />. Develop a list of alternatives to meet water supply needs <br />. Identify implementation needs/issues <br />. Identify impacts associated with "No Action" for each basin <br />. Evaluate the altematives and recommend a path forward <br /> <br />AssumptionsjBasis of Costs <br />. Consultant will conduct an average of one BRT meeting within each river basin, for <br />a total of eight meetings. The number of BRT meetings may be redistributed <br />depending on the needs of the specific basin and to provide coordination with BRT <br />activities associated with HB 1177. <br /> <br />. Each BRT meeting will last approximately 4 hours in duration. <br /> <br />. Attendees at each meeting will include one to two members from the Consultant <br />team, a CWCB Board member, and a CWCB staff. <br /> <br />Summary of Deliver abies <br />. Memorandum summarizing basin-specific resolutions associated with each TRT <br />with a focus on altemative development and evaluation of alternatives for each <br />individual basin. <br /> <br />Task 1.5 eweB Meetings <br /> <br />Purpose <br />To involve the CWCB in the coordination and implementation of SWSI Phase 2. The <br />CWCB will provide a forum to facilitate interbasin discussions, as needed, and <br />address issues of statewide concem. These meeting will also provide a forum to <br />ensure efficient and effective coordination between TRT's and BRT's. CWCB will <br />also support the efforts of individual entities to resolve issues as they arise; however, <br />it is recognized that individual entities must ultimately work through their issues. <br /> <br />The CWCB will review and provide information from the TRTs, individual basins, <br />and provide input on the development of water supply strategies for achieving the <br />statewide objectives and on the development of altematives. <br /> <br />C:\DOCU MENTS AND SETTINGSlROW ANNCIDESKTOP\swSI PHASE 2 SOW _6-1 o-05.DOC <br />
