The Applicants request a change of water rights so that
they may divert water under a nwnber of identified alternate points of diversion. In addition, the
Applicants seek an augmentation plan whereby the Applicants seek to augment depletions
associated with the various diversion points on Beaver Creek with releases from the Eagle Park
Reservoir.

CWCB ApDroDriations

The Board holds an instream flow water right for Beaver Creek in the amount of 12 cfs (5/1-9/30)
and 4 efs (10/1-4/30) with an appropriation date of5/1/75, which may be injured by this application.

Potential for Iniurv

This application may not replace the depletions in time place and amount and thus may cause injnty
to the Board's Beaver Creek instream flow.
