Small Water Resources Proiects

On January 17, the Authority closed on a $15,510.000 bond issue for North Weld County Water District.
The all.ln bond Interest rate was 4.99% for the 23-year issue.

Water Pollution Control Revolvina Fund

Potential borrowers for 2001 Include Baca Grande WSD, Berthoud, Broomfield, Cedaredge, Cherry Creek
Basin Authority. Cortez SO, Fort Collins (storm water), Fraser SO, Mount Crested Butte WSD. Parker WSD.
Plum Creek Wastewater Authority, Steamboat Springs, Lafayette and Winter Park West WSD. These
projects represent a loan demand In excess of $1 00 million.

On January 11, the joint resolution (SJR01-005) Identifying new projectsfor the WPCRF eligibility list was
Introduced. This year there are 98 addnlons and 48 deletions. Wllh the passage of this joint resolution,
the cumulative need for the projects on the eligibility list Is over $600 million.

Drinkina Water Revolvina Fund

At this time potential borrowers for 2001 Include Basalt. Eagle River WSD. La Junta, Pine River Irrigation
District. and Castle Pines Metropolitan District. These projects represent a loan demand of approximately
$20 million. .

On January 11. the joint resolution (SJR01-004) identifying new projects for the DWRF eligibility list was
IntrOl'luced. This year there are 45 additions and 17 deletions. With the passage of this joint resolution,
the cumulative need for the projects on the eligibility list is over $500 million.

Board Appointments

Louis Rinaldo of Sterling has been appointed to replace Mike Smith of Fort Collins, and Sara Duncan of
Denver has been reappointed.
