We ve signed.our repayment centracts;we've <br />done everything, as far as our beard knows of, to get this preject dene. <br />We're ready, as I understand it,: except for the envirenmenta1 repert. <br />We've asked fer no. changes for years in eur project. Our area is unified <br />and we've been unified. We're after the preject, and we want water. <br />Our board has worked with the Bureau and the Congress, the Celerade Water <br />Censervatien Board, with everyone and with anyene. ' <br /> <br />We've theught we've been ready fer censtruction several time's. We had <br />constructien on two siphons in 1973. It was an emergency program. We <br />needed these siphens very badly, and we had them constructed by the <br />Bureau, and a good jeb was done. We thought we were off and running. <br />We have now several million,dollars ready for constructien, as we under- <br />stand it, if we can get the environmental repert cempleted, which we're <br />ready fer at any time, fer a public meeting.
