ROBBINS: I would like Mr. Crandall, while we're on the record, to <br />discuss briefly whether or not the change o.f one year has any particular <br />effect on the funding for this proJect or any of the other projects, <br />whether it jeopardizes it in any way, whether it creates. any -impediments <br />to the assurance of funding if the construction monies, as I understand <br />it, presently made .available are 'not expended during this ~iscal yea~. <br /> <br />MR. CRANDALL: These appropriations are c'ontinuing and they're 'available <br />until expended as a technical matter. The' 77 appropriation...is.here, <br />and we're working on the '76 transition .funds. This slip. in dates, <br />unless there's some action b~ the Congress or the Administration, would <br />not affect the continuation of construction of this project. <br /> <br />MR.
