MR. WISCOMBE: The Savery-Pothook schedule calls for execution of the
repayment contract in FY 1977, which allows us. to go into construction
on that project. Here, again, the f~rst construction would be some road
relocation,' leading to the prime :con.tract for the next fiscal year. '

MR. CRANDALL: Well, just to answer Mr. Sparks about how :this schedule
compares with the one that we had been working to before these changes

MR. WISCOMBE: This schedule has been moved back, due to the changing
of the damsites, approximately a year. This is, as Mr.' Crandall '
explained, the basic reason for the change in schedule on the Savery-,.
Pothook project.' ,

schedule for Dallas Creek immediately prior to the schedule that's on the
slide now?

MR. CRANDALL: Yes, Mr. Chairman. I think that's very important infor-
mation that should be provided, and I'll: ask Ed to do that. He has the
schedule in hand.

MR. WISCOMBE: Mr. Chairman, may I clarify just for a moment your
question? Why are we in this position ort this project?

MR~ STAPLETON: No, I don't want to know why yet. I want to know what
changes have occurred in the schedule. .Why it was delayed wi11,be
another question, but I want to know what you previously had for
initiat~on of cDnstruction,' for example, and the validation: of the
contract. What was the: last schedule that this board had on that proj-
ect? '

MR. WISCOMBE: The last schedule that we had on this project was
validation of the contract in September, 1976.

MR. CRANDALL: AsI'understand,another part of your question, Mr.
Chairman, the schedu1e'of activities leading up to these oates would be
important, information. Would it be helpful to the board:if we quickly'
sketched'those on'that tear-off sheet? '"
