This Preliminary <br />Notice constitutes the start of a public review and comment <br />period which will run for approximately 90 days before the Board <br />will take any formal action on these recommendations. When <br />advanced to Final Notice status, this list will be recirculated <br />with any changes resulting from the review process incorporated <br />therein. <br /> <br />Should you wish to comment on the minimum streamflow/lake <br />level recommendations as presented in the Preliminary Notice, you <br />may do so by writing the staff at the address given above. It <br />should be noted that while your public appearance at the Board <br />meeting is welcomed, such an appearance is not necessary in order <br />for your concerns to be recognized.
