Ongoing evaluation <br />· Final report and evaluation of savings <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The advantages and disadvantages of the ET signal controller system are discussed in detail in <br />the attached paper. The costs for the system are currently estimated by the manufacturer to be $ I 50 <br />per 12 station controller and $60 per year for signal access. The installation cost is estimated at <br />about $75 per unit. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />This agenda item is for your information only, and no discussion time has been planned on <br />the agenda. However, if the Board is interested, the project sponsors would be eager for the CWCB <br />to become a sponsor to reduce the costs to the participating utilities on a pro rata basis and/or <br />encourage others to participate.
