The terms "one-hundred-year <br />flood," "one percent chance flood," and "intermediate <br />regional flood" are .synonymous with the term "IOO-year <br />flood. " <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />24. <br /> <br />"IOO-year floodplain" means that area of land susceptible <br />to being inundated as a result of the occurrence of a <br />one-hundred-year flood. <br /> <br />25. "Precise" means accurate to within 0.5 foot vertically <br />or 5.0 feet horizontally. <br /> <br />26. "Project cost" means the total financial cost of a flood <br />protection system (including design, land acquisition, <br />construct ion, fees, overhead, and profits), un 1 es s the <br />Board determines a given "cost" not to be a part Of such <br />project cost. <br /> <br />27.
