Mexico, and requires further the approval of the. United States Congress. The Settlement Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />will become effective only after the Settlement Act becomes law and the Secretary of the Interior <br /> <br />executes the Agreement. <br /> <br />The following tabulation is a summary of the rights that the Navajo Nation would have under the <br /> <br />Settlement Agreement.
