The bill <br />was passed by the House Natural Resources Committee on April 23 and placed on the House calendar for <br />action. <br /> <br />Attached to this memo are the Committee report (House Report 107 416) and a letter from the Colorado <br />Department of Natural Resources to Rep. McInnis. In general, there are two outstanding issues: access and <br />instream flow protection. Staff has highlighted the sections ofthe House Report that address water <br />resources, access and instream flow protection for the proposed wildemess area. <br /> <br />The Board will be asked to provide guidance to staff on these issues. <br /> <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />Flood Protection.
