5 (d) The board, in conjunction with the attorney general, shall
6 report annually to the general assembly on any litigation which involves
7 the use of any moneys from the litigation aGCvu,lt FUND created in
8 paragraph (a) of this subsection (2.5).
9 (e) Any moneys remaining in the litigation aceotlnt FUND at such
10 time as the general assembly acts to close the aCCOclJlt FUND shall be
11 equall} divided and credited to the Colorado water conservation board

20 (6) As of July 1,1988, and July 1 of each year thereafter through
21 July 1, 1996, fifty percent of the sum specified in this subsection (6) shall
