Creates a new flood emergency response fund and a new loan <br />foreclosure fund. Repeals the severance tax trust fund statewide water <br />planning account. Changes various accounts in the Colorado water <br />conservation board construction fund to separate funds. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br /> <br />2 SECTION 1. Water project loan authorizations from the <br />3 Colorado water conservation board construction fund.
