<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1 ($50,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, to continue the <br />2 Arkansas river well measurement program. <br />3 (2) The amounts appropriated in this section are in addition to <br />4 amounts appropriated previously for the Arkansas river well measurement <br />5 program. The moneys appropriated in subsection (1) of this section shall <br />6 remain available for the designated purposes until the project is <br />7 completed. <br />8 SECTION 22. Dry Creek flood mitigation project feasibility <br />9 study - appropriation. (1) The Colorado water conservation board is <br />10 hereby authorized to participate in a flood mitigation feasibility study <br />11 along Dry Creek in the city of Fort Collins and adjacent areas of Larimer <br />12 county, Colorado. The purposes of the study are to define specific <br />13 mitigation measures to lessen flood severity and reduce future flood <br />14 damages along certain developed reaches of Dry Creek. The scope of <br />15 work for the project shall be developed by the board in consultation with <br />16 the city of Fort Collins and Larimer county. <br />17 (2) In addition to any other appropriation, there is hereby <br />18 appropriated, out of any moneys in the Colorado water conservation board <br />19 construction fund not otherwise appropriated, to the Colorado water <br />20 conservation board for allocation to Larimer county, the sum of fifty <br />21 thousand dollars ($50,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, for <br />22 costs associated with the completion of the Dry Creek Flood Mitigation <br />23 Feasibility Study. <br />24 (3) The moneys appropriated in subsection (2) of this section shall <br />25 remain available for the designated purposes until the project is <br />26 completed. <br />27 SECTION 23.
