Instream Flow Program - Additional Extension of Time to Submit Formal Request
to Inundate, Board of Water Works of Pueblo, Colorado

Please find attached a copy of the Board of Water Works of Pueblo, Colorado's Request
for an additional extension of time to submit its formal request to inundate the Board's East
Tennessee Creek instream flow segment. As per Rule 8.10 any person seeking to inundate shall
submit a written request for permission to inundate to the Board office within 120 days of the
time the person files its water court application which proposes inundation.

Staff Recommendation

Staifis requesting the Board grant the Board of Water Works of Pueblo, Colorado's
Request for an additional extension of time to submit its formal request to inundate the Board's
East Tennessee Creek instream flow segment until August 9, 1999.
