However, the winter instream <br />flow recommendation was reduced to 20 cfs (7/15-4/30) based on the water availability analysis. The <br />DOW believes the lower flow recommendation will still preserve the natural enviromnent. <br />. CWCB staff has conducted a water availability analysis and determined these amounts are available for <br /> <br />the Board's appropriation. <br />.
