<br />19 cfs (5/15-8/14) <br />8 cfs (8/15-11/30) <br />7 cfs (10/15-5/14) <br /> <br />CWCB and now staff measured 4.3 cfs at the upper end of this segment at <br />approximately 9:30 a.m. on November 24, 1998. This can be explained by the extreme <br />diurnal fluctuation in flow exhibited at the Arkansas River gage on the same day and by <br />staffs determination that average daily stream flows in this area were slightly below <br />average on November 24, 1998.
