The WQCC took action on the revisions to the Arkansas and Rio Grande <br />water quality standards. These revisions will be effective January 20, 2003 <br /> <br />. A Arkansas standards rulemaking hearing is scheduled for February 2003 <br />re: classification of some tributaries and several "loose ends" from the July <br />2002 hearing. <br /> <br />.
