<br />v' <br /> <br />Proposed Easement Information <br /> <br />Describe the easement request and the purpose that it would serve (attach separate sheet if necessary): <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Easements within the CWCS propertY extend from Selleview Avenue on the north to the southerlv <br />limits ofCWCS property. All easements will be on the west side of the South Platte River except for <br />an approximately 500' long segment directly south of Belleview Ave, The purpose of the easements <br />is for construction. operation and maintenance of a wastewater pipeline to connect to an existing <br />pipeline owned by the City of Littleton. <br /> <br />Easement Request Requirements <br /> <br />(I) Has a site survey been completed by a licensed surveyor (yes or no)? No The <br />easement request will only be approved once the applicant has provided a copy of the site survey to <br />the CWCS staff along with a legal description of the requested easement parcel. <br /> <br />(2) Do you have an understanding of the relevant environmental regulations and required floodplain <br />permits for this area? Please explain. Attach a separate letter demonstrating awareness of and <br />compliance with applicable local, state, and federal environmental and floodplain regulations, <br /> <br />(3) For all drainage easement requests, a site drainage study and drainage plan is required. <br />Is this a drainage easement request? (yes or no) No <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(4) Easements within the 100-year floodplain of the South Platte River (Chatfield Downstream <br />Channel'Improvement Project) must include a hydraulic analysis completed by a qualified <br />professional engineer (Colorado license required) to demonstrate no adverse impacts to the 100-year <br />floodplain, <br />Is this site in the 100-year flood plain? Yes (portions of the pipeline) <br /> <br />Has a hydraulic analysis been completed?
