on Approved Projects - Purgatoire River Water Cons. District - Trinidad Project
Refinance.

Action: A motion was made by Allen Davey to accept the staff recommendation to increase
the Purgatoire District's authorization in SB-97-008 from $500,000 to
$1,000,000 for the purpose of retiring the District's existing indebtedness to
the Bureau of Reclamation for irrigation capacity in the Trinidad Reservoir
Project. The motion included the loan terms and conditions as recommended
by staff and included in the staff memo. The motion was seconded by Janice
Sheftel and approved unanimously (8-0).

on Approved Projects - San Luis Valley Canal Company.

16c. Water Project Construction Loan Program - Requests for Approval for Revised Loans
on Approved Projects - Town of Palisade - Cottonwood Creek Pipeline Replacement.

Action: A motion was made by David Smith that the Board accept the staff recommendation
to make an increase in the Town of Palisade's Construction Fund
authorization by an additional $172,000 for a total authorization of $922,000,
and that "footnote a" be removed from the original authorization as it applies
to the Town of Palisade. The motion included the loan terms and conditions
as recommended by staff with the provision that the Director of the CWCB
be allowed to approve suitable collateral for the loan. The motion was
seconded by Ray Werner and approved unanimously (8-0).

motion was seconded by Alan Hamel and approved unanimously (7-0).

17a. Water Project Construction Loan Program - Requests for Approval on Loans for New
Projects - City of Greeley - Twin Lakes Reservoir.
