Director. <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Agenda item number 3 - Consideration of minimum stream flow <br />appropriations for the Crystal River and various other <br />streams. <br /> <br />Attached hereto are recommendations of the Division of <br />Wildlife relating to minimum stream flows for various streams. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the authority contained in 148-21-3(6). (7), <br />(10) and 148-21-2(3).
