This matter is scheduled for <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board's (CWCB) consideration at 8:55 a.m. on March 30, 1999 <br />(see attached Board Meeting agenda). The CWCB meeting will be held at the Douglas County <br />Offices' Philip S. Miller Building, 100 3'd Street, in Castle Rock, Colorado. <br /> <br />Attached, please fmd the CWCB staff's memorandum to the Board regarding this agenda item. This <br />memo briefly summarizes the Applicant's proposal and contains staffs recommendation to the <br />Board. <br /> <br />In addition to the written comments that have been received by staff, the Board will also provide an <br />opportunity for public comment at this meeting. Individual appearances at the public meeting are <br />welcomed but are not required for recognition of specific concerns. <br /> <br />Please share this notice with other parties who may be interested in this issue. <br /> <br />Additional information regarding the current status of any instream flow recommendation can be <br />found on the CWCB's Internet Web Pages at the following address: <br />htto:/ /www.dnr.state.co.us/cwcb/cwcbover.html. <br /> <br />The State's Instream Flow and Natural Lake Level Program is administered by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board pursuant to Section 37-92-102(3), C.R.S.
