Beaty. and seconded by Teller Ammons <br />and Dan Hunter that the Board accept Mr. Dutcher's resignation as a <br />member of the Policy and Review Committee. <br /> <br />On vote being taken, the motion carried unanimously and was <br />declared adopted. <br /> <br />Discussion of Mr. Dutcher's reconnnendation that Craig A. Goodwin be ap- <br />pointed on the Committee in his place ensued. <br /> <br />It was moved by John W. Beaty and seconded by Teller Ammons <br />that the Board accept the recommendation of Mr. Dutcher that Mr. Good- <br />win be appointed to succeed Mr. Dutcher, providing it is satisfactory <br />with the local condition and his group. <br /> <br />On vote being taken, the motion carried unanimously and was <br />declared adopted. <br /> <br />Mr. Beaty asked the Director what action had been taken on the motion <br />made at the last meeting of the Board, held on May 5, 1952, regarding the com- <br />ments of the State of Colorado on the Fountain River report of the Department <br />of Agriculture. <br /> <br />The Director reported that comments had been submitted in accordance <br />with the motion made at the May 5th meeting. <br /> <br />Vice~Chairman Bailey announced that Item 4 on the agenda, "Consider- <br />ation of approval of minutes of meeting of Board held on May 5, 1952," would <br />be taken up. <br /> <br />It was moved by George A. Pughe and seconded by John W. Beaty <br />that the minutes of the meeting held on May 5, 1952, be approved. <br /> <br />On vote being taken, the motion carried unanimously and the <br />minutes declared approved. <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Bailey stated that if there were no further matters to <br />come before the Board, the Board would go into Executive Session. <br /> <br />The Board went into Executive Session at 4:30 p.m. <br /> <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 5:IS p.m. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman <br /> <br />~~ <br />a-- <br />
