Withip 30 days after filing an application for <br />an RICO, an Applicant shall submit a copy of; the application to the Board pursuant to <br />Section 37-92-102(5), and shall submit the fo~lowing additional information: <br /> <br />Proofthat the administration and adjudication of the RICO will not impair <br />the ability of Colorado to fully develop and place to consumptive <br />beneficial use its compact entitlem~nts; <br />Maps showing land ownership, ppt-inltake-out areas, and location of all <br />physical control structures;) . <br />Proof of the Applicant's owners~ip of land or other adequate property <br />interests within the affected streanj reach; <br />Design plans for the physical control structures; <br />Proof that the physical control str\.lctures control water within the stream <br />channel; <br />Documentation describing the re4sonable recreational experience sought <br />(Le., kayaking, tubing, canoeing, Iswimming, rafting) both in and on the <br />water, including the time of day arid season of use sought; <br />j <br /> <br />a, <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />c, <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />f, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2 <br />
