<br />'. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />August 30, 2005 <br /> <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board, <br /> <br />The City of Westminster participated in the Center for ReSource Conservation's (CRC) <br />innovative water conservation program Slow the Flow Colorado in 2005. The CRe's <br />landscape irrigation auditors performed 800 audit hours during the summer of 2005. We <br />have contributed funds to the program in the amount of $20,300 for the services that were <br />performed.
