The amount, timing, and rate of the releases from Ruedi Reservoir shall be determined by the <br />Contracting Officer in consultation with the Service. Reclamation will provide advance <br />notification to the Board and the Division Engineer for Water Division 5 of the date, time, and <br />amount of the water released. The Service and Reclamation shall consult with the Board during <br />the release period to achieve the objectives of Reclamation, the Service, and the Board. <br /> <br />f. The Board is responsible for calling upon the State Engineer for the carriage, use, handling, or <br /> <br /> <br />distribution of the water beyond the outlet works ofRuedi Reservoir or of an alternate reservoir <br /> <br /> <br />pursuant to Article 7.a. hereof to the terminus of the IS-Mile Reach. The water shall be subject <br /> <br /> <br />to such transit losses as may be imposed by the State Engineer or the Division Engineer for <br /> <br /> <br />Water Division 5. <br /> <br />g. The Service or the Board will not be responsible for the storage of water in, or the operation <br />and maintenance of; Ruedi Reservoir. <br /> <br />4. WATER SERVICE CHARGES AND OTHER COSTS <br /> <br />a. Pursuant to this MOA, the Service will provide a report to Reclamation and the Board not <br /> <br /> <br />later than March 1,2002, as consideration for the 10,g25 acre-feet of water released from the <br /> <br /> <br />marketable yield ofRuedi Reservoir Round II water sales, hereinafter referred to as Round II. <br /> <br />This report will jnclude documentation on data collected in accordance with Article 6.a. herein <br />and analyze the effects of the releases of water pursuant to this agreement on the habitat of fishes <br />in the I5-Mile Reach. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />- <br />
