HEADLEY: <br /> <br />"Three bridges are involved." <br /> <br />MR. ECKLES: <br /> <br />"And do you have a time schedule on the <br />relocation of the highways? Is that August <br />too along with these three bridges?" <br /> <br />MR. HEADLEY: <br /> <br />"No. The balance of the highway reloca- <br />tion would be later. The reason we want to <br />get the bridges out first is so that we can <br />make sure that we get the channel alinement <br />properly and the balance of the road reloca- <br />tion set. I know I am not making myself <br />quite clear here but the bridges actually <br />are the first things that are built and they <br />are the easiest ones to get set in the right <br />place." <br /> <br />MR. ECKLES: <br /> <br />"I realize that but I am trying to hold <br />up our end of the bargain. When would you <br />like the relocation design for the highways, <br />along with these bridges? What would be <br />compatible with your designing schedule?" <br /> <br />MR. HEADLEY: <br /> <br />"Oh, I see what you mean. I didn't talk <br />with the one who is handling this with the <br />highway people but that follows the next <br />year." <br /> <br />MR. ECKLES: <br /> <br />"Well, communication along these lines <br />so that we can hold up our end of the com- <br />mitment could be helpful." <br />
