It may not go as fast as it <br />was planned originally but I don't know of <br />anyone anyway that was stopped for several <br />years and then begun over. We have confi- <br />dence that Congress will keep this thing <br />going, whether it will go as fast as we <br />would like to see it or as fast as you'd <br />like to see it, I couldn't say." <br /> <br />"Do I understand that Colonel st.
