Bailey <br /> <br />Application Summary <br /> <br />This is an application for surface and ground water rights, change of water rights, and approval of <br />a plan for augmentation near Carbondale. Applicant seeks to adjudicate water rights for a <br />number of ditches and wells, and a water right for the Iron Rose Ranch Pump and Pipeline for 4 <br />cfs, absolute, with an appropriation date of 1/1/2001 for irrigation, stock watering, and year- <br />round piscatorial, recreation, and fish propagation, Applicant also seeks to change the point of <br />diversion of three ditches to the Iron Rose Ranch Pump and Pipeline, as an alternate point of <br />diversion.
