Endangered Fish Recovery Instream Flow Protection (8:35 - 12:00) <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />j b. <br /> <br />j c. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Instream Flow Protection Recommendations from the US Fish and Wildlife Service, <br />Biologists from the USFWS and Colorado Division of Wildlife will review the scientific basis <br />for flow protection recommendations in the Yampa River and Colorado River (mainstem). The <br />Board may adopt these recommendations for use in accordance with. the "interim strategy" <br />adopted in March, 1994 for the protection of "endangered fish recovery instream flows" in <br />accordance with state law, (8:35 - 10:05) <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Water Availability Analyses for the Yampa River and for the Colorado River (mainstem). <br />CWCB staff will review the results of analyses which indicate the extent to which water is <br />available for appropriation with respect to the protection of "endangered fish recovery <br />instream flows," The Board may adopt these studies as information needed to implement "the <br />interim strategy" adopted in March, 1994 for the protection of "endangered fish recovery <br />instream flows." (10:05 - 11 :35) <br /> <br />Yampa River Operation and Management Plan. Colorado River Water Conservation District <br />staff will review the status of efforts to develop the plan anticipated in the Memorandum of <br />Understanding adopted by the CWCR and CRWCD in July, 1994.
