a. Columbine Valley - A drainage project for a South Platte River oxbow
b. A Contract between the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the South Suburban Park and
Recreation District Presentation of a draft contract between the Board and District for their
usage of Board's South Platte River right-of-way for recreational activities which will be
under the District's jurisdiction.

6. Review the Supplemental Guidelines for Floodplain Project Funding from the CWCB Construction
Fund. (9:50 - 10:05) The Board will be requested to approve the guidelines for the fUnding of
floodplain projects.

7. Instream Flow Program - Statements of Opposition (10:05 - 10:15)
The Board will be asked to ratifY the statements of opposition which have been filed by the staff
to protect instream flow water rights on the stream listed below.

instream flow water right.
