<br />differentials for loan maturities of less than 30 years will be a regular part
<br />of the annual staff recommendation at the November Board m_eeting for the
<br />Construction Fundinteresi rate structure mthe following year. For 10arlS
<br />made in the remainder of 1995, lending rates will be reduced 1/4 of one
<br />percent for 10arlS of 20 years or less, and 1/2 of one percent for loans of
<br />ten years ofless. The motion was seconded by Ray Werner and approved
