A~enda Item 12 a(xi) Division 2 ReSolved Ri~ts. A motion was made
by Eric Kuhn that the Board accept the Stipulation as drafted with the
Forest Service as.pre~nted by Carol Angel of tile. Attorney .General's
Office during executive session, with a couple of minor adjustments to the
wording. The motion was seconded by Alan Hamel anl( approved
unanimously (10-0).

Agenda Item 9a Division 2 East Middle Creek. A motion was made by
Ray Wright that the Board adopt the staff recommendation on agenda item
9a, the final notice for the Board's instream flow filing on East Middle
Creek, but with the direction to the AG's office that they should not file
,this application with the Water Court before the'December I, 1995, and to
not file the application with the Water Court without the approval of the
Board. The motion was seconded by David Harrison and approved
unanimously (10-0).

Agenda Item 12a(xii) Division 2 East Middle Creek A motion was made
by Ray Wright that the AG's office enter into the proposed stipulation with
the Forest Service regarding their forbearance in pursuing their own
application on their East Middle Creek Filing at this time. The motion was
seconded by Alan Hamel and approved unanimously (10-0).
