Item 12 was @ scheduled to be heard after Item 10, and II e will be heard Tuesday morning after Item 16. A motion was made by David Smith to accept the agenda with these changes. The motion was seconded by Bob Burr. After discussion, the motion was amended to include Executive session items, but to decide upon the appropriateness for inclusion in the Executive Session at that time. The amended motion was approved unanimously (9- 0). lb. Review and Approval of September 1999 Board Minutes Tape I, Start/Stop: 034 I - 0406 Action: The following changes to the September Board Meeting were made: The Meeting on 10/18/99 was really a hearing, and the 15 mile reach meeting is really a "workshop". There was a typographical error in item 2b&c of the consent agenda, the resolution number for 2b, Town of Severance, should be 99-504, and the resolution l1umber for 2c, Jefferson County, should be 99- .. -505. A corrected copy of the minutes will-be included in the next Board - Meeting materials. A motion was made by Ray Werner that the September 1999 minutes be accepted as modified.
