The motion was seconded by David Smith but the motion <br />failed (5-4). A second motion was made by Patricia Wells to support the <br />Draft PBO as a significant improvement in defining the terms of success <br />of the Recovery Program, Md the Board is cOrnrTIitted to seeing that the <br />Fish and WilcIlif~~ervice <ippJies__thisgel1eral principaJin_other _Colorado ___ <br />River Basins and that the Fish and Wildlife Service establishes a schedule <br />for dealing with other basins, and including paragraphs 2 and 3 of the <br />Board recommendation.
