Two appointees from the local area shall represent <br /> <br />non-governmental agricultural' interests and two appointees <br /> <br />from the local area shall represent non-profit non-governmental <br /> <br />environmental interests. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />(d) TERMS.--Members shall be appointed for terms of five <br />years and may be reappointed. <br />(e) COMPENSATION.--Members of the Commission shall <br /> <br />receive no pay on account of their service on the Commission. <br /> <br />(f) CHAIRPERSON .-- The chairperson of the Commission shall <br />be elected by the members of the Commission. <br />(g) MEETINGS.-- The Commission shall hold its first meeting <br />not later than 90 days after the date on which its members are <br /> <br />appointed, and shall meet at least quarterly at the call of the <br /> <br />chairperson. <br /> <br />SEC. 6.
