the Secretary may correct cleric~l and typographical errors in

such legal description as they mlily appear from time to time.
(3) PUBLIC AVAILABILITY.--the map and legal

description described in paragraph (1) shall be available for

public inspection in the office of the Colorado State Director

of the Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior

in Denver, Colorado.

SEC. 5. COMMISSION.
(a) ESTABLISHMENT.--There is hereby established the Rio

Grande Outstanding Natural Area Commission.

(b) PURPOSE.--The Commission shall assist appropriate
Federal, State and local authorities in the development and

implementation of an integrated resource management plan for the

Area called the Area Management P~an.
(c) MEMBERSHIP.--The Commission shall be composed of

nine members appointed not later than six months after the date of

enactment of this Act as follows:
