COMMISSION. <br />(a) ESTABLISHMENT.--There is hereby established the Rio <br /> <br />Grande Outstanding Natural Area Commission. <br /> <br />(b) PURPOSE.--The Commission shall assist appropriate <br />Federal, State and local authorities in the development and <br /> <br />implementation of an integrated resource management plan for the <br /> <br />Area called the Area Management P~an. <br />(c) MEMBERSHIP.--The Commission shall be composed of <br /> <br />nine members appointed not later than six months after the date of <br /> <br />enactment of this Act as follows: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />DRAFT.
