Case No. 5-92CW292; Copper Mountain, Inc.

Application Summary

. This is an application to amend a decreed plan for augmentation on West Tenmile
Creek and Tenmile Creek near Copper Mountain in Summit County (see attached map).
The applicant's existing augmentation plan allows for 417 AF of out-of-priority consumptive
use by replacement with releases from Green Mountain Reservoir. The applicant is now
proposing to amend its existing augmentation plan to provide for two new sources of
augmentation water, Clinton Reservoir and Williams Fork Reservoir, and to increase its out-
of-priority consumptive use by 158.5 AF.
