The applicant is <br />proposing to use the Eli Cerise Ditch, located on the Roaring Fork River, as an alternate <br />point for the Stein Castle Creek Ditch. The applicant has historically irrigated 9.2 acres <br />under the Stein Castle Creek Ditch and proposes to begin irrigating 9.2 acres under the Eli <br />Cerise Ditch. <br /> <br />CWCB Appropriations <br /> <br />The Board has the following instream flow decrees which could be injured by this <br />application: <br /> <br />Case No. Stream Amount (cfs) Approp.
